Your Mission
As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will deliver Pelorus’ outstanding yacht charters from enquiry through to execution. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, high performing team to develop and manage new business, maintain excellent customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and strengthen Pelorus’ brand and market presence.

Contribute to the evolution of luxury yachting by delivering transformative, boundary-pushing charter experiences across the globe.
Work with a refined UHNW/HNW client network and elevate brand presence.
Drive tangible growth for Pelorus Yachting through new client acquisition.
Your Responsibilities
Build and manage a revenue-generating charter sales pipeline.
Oversee charter operations with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of best-in-class yachts and market trends.
Represent Pelorus at key industry events and networking opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
At least 3+ years as a Charter Broker with a strong track record of revenue generation
Established network within UHNW / HNW yacht clientele.
Sharp analytical, organisational and project management skills.
Confident, dynamic personality with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Creative problem solver and solution provider.
