At Pelorus, we believe in making every yacht journey unforgettable for the whole family. With our Junior Adventure Host on board, young explorers are immersed in experiences that inspire, educate, and excite. From engaging with marine wildlife to discovering new cultures, every moment is thoughtfully crafted to spark curiosity and make the journey as memorable for children as it is for adults.

Personalised 'Shadow' Itineraries

Alongside the whole family experience and bespoke itinerary, Pelorus can create parallel travel plans, curated specifically for the children. We understand that young travellers have different interests and energy levels , which is why we will craft experiences with their interests and hobbies in mind. The shadow itinerary can also be presented to each child to help shape the adventure, allowing every member of your family to have the most memorable experience for them.

What could a shadow experience look like?


Our Adventure Hosts are passionate educators and adventure enthusiasts bringing excitement and learning throughout your holiday.

Whilst on a romantic castaway beach morning, your children could become PADI bubblemakers, experiencing the magic of life underwater. Or, whilst you are enjoying your trekking experience in Madagascar, your children could be taking part in vital ocean research, tagging whales and dolphins. Or, for those who enjoy a challenge, you might be ice climbing in Svalbard while your children master the art of wildlife photography, capturing incredible moments like spotting polar bears in their natural habitat.

We are experts in creating magical and incredible experiences for you children, we can't guarantee you wont want to join in!
