Cordelia Cooper

Digital Marketing Executive

After finishing school, Corde set off for a ski season, embracing the thrill of the mountains while improving her skiing and cooking for guests. Following her marketing degree from the University of Exeter, her backpacking journey began in Mexico, which led her to explore more of Central America and Southeast Asia.

Along the way she worked in Morocco, which deepened her love for travel and new cultures. Her experiences sparked a desire to work alongside like-minded people who shared her passion for adventure and new cultures. Growing up in North Yorkshire, she has always been drawn to outdoor activities like riding horses and seeking out adrenaline-filled challenges. With a strong enthusiasm for exploration, she’s excited to continue discovering the world and all it has to offer.

Number one unforgettable travel experience?

Swimming with whale sharks in the Komodo Islands, Indonesia, before sunrise was a slightly terrifying yet exhilarating moment. Exploring the regions pink beaches, spotting Komodo dragons, and wandering through its uninhabited national park added to the adventure. Skydiving in Thailand was another unforgettable highlight, as well as living on an elephant camp, connecting with the locals and feeding a baby elephant his breakfast was truly special.

Top of your travel bucket list?

Exploring the untouched wilderness of Antarctica is at the very top of my bucket list. Witnessing penguins in their natural habitat and braving a polar plunge would be absolutely unforgettable. I’ve also always dreamed of the thrill of skiing down sand dunes in Peru!

Who is your ultimate travel partner?

My ultimate travel partner is my closest friend, Izzy. Together, we've travelled in Central America and Southeast Asia, meeting amazing people and sharing unforgettable experiences. From battling altitude sickness climbing a volcano in Guatemala to waking up with a deadly snake outside our cabin at an elephant camp in Thailand, we've been through it all and love laughing about all these unique memories.
