As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering our digital marketing strategy, working across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our brand presence is cohesive and engaging to drive quality leads.
You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and work alongside the marketing team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Create content for digital paid campaigns from writing search ad copy, to building landing pages, enquiry form creation and automated email flows.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush to track and report on campaign performance.
Optimize our online presence with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Manage and update website content using Statamic CMS. Basic HTML knowledge would be advantageous.
Apply best practices to website design and user experience, creating an online experience that resonates with a high-net-worth audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that aligns with our luxury brand.
Analyze customer data and behaviour through Looker Studio, Salesforce and other analytics tools to refine marketing efforts and create automated workflows.
Manage email campaigns, including setups, segmentation, content, reporting, and optimizing performance.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the luxury and yachting industry.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the travel, yachting, or luxury sectors.
Proven experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools suchg as Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, SEMRush, and CRM platforms like Salesforce, including marketing automation.
Basic Adobe Photoshop and Canva design and copywriting skills
Experience working with paid and web development agencies.
Interest and experience in using AI tools.
Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
Experience targeting a US audience.
