YOUR MISSION

As Charter Marketing Manager, you will oversee the management and promotion of Pelorus’ growing fleet of Central Agency Yachts. You’ll ensure our yachts are well-positioned in the market, bookings are optimised, and their profiles elevated through effective B2B marketing. Working closely with yacht owners, captains, brokers, and Pelorus’ own marketing team, you’ll maximise charter bookings while building and sustaining an exciting fleet of desirable charter and expedition yachts.

  • Drive revenue growth by maximising fleet exposure and desirability in the global charter market.

  • Strengthen relationships with retail brokers and secure bookings for yacht owners.

  • Position Pelorus as the leading brand for extraordinary expedition yacht charters worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B marketing of Pelorus’ current fleet.

  • Maintain accurate yacht specs, calendars, finances and reporting.

  • Oversee charter bookings and making sure it’s optimised throughout the year.

  • Liaise with retail brokers to maximise bookings.

  • Collaborate with marketing to increase fleet exposure.

  • Deliver creative and accurate materials to brokers worldwide.

  • Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Prepare detailed marketing reports for owners and captains.

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Ensure accurate CRM data input.


What you'll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of meeting targets and operational success, thriving in fast-paced environments and building strong relationships across the industry.

  • Deep knowledge of MYBA contracts and yacht charter market.

  • Strategic thinker with creativity and sales acumen.

  • Exceptional organisation, execution, and attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset and digital proficiency.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Confident, dynamic, and commercially minded.
